Some good news for those with amateur radio licenses from Mexico or the U.S.A.

March 30, 2003: The SANDRA Otay 146.640 MHz., 224.200 MHz. and 449.500 MHz. repeaters are on the air. Many hours were spent at the site throughout the year long project.

April 30, 2003: Output noise was noted on the 146.640 machine which interfered with its use.
